grsbet.co is operated by GRSBET PTY LTD, an Australian company holding a wagering licence in New South Wales, Australia. We take bets on sport and racing from customers located in Australia who are 18 years of age or over.
Online betting is only lawful in Australia through an operator licensed by a state or territory. If you cannot find an operator’s company name, licence number and registered address without hunting for them, that is worth noticing. Ours are below, and in the footer of every page you will visit here.
What we do not do
- No casino games, pokies or poker. Those services are prohibited online in Australia. We are a wagering operator and nothing else.
- No live or in-play betting on sport. Prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. Our sport markets close before play starts.
- No credit. Credit cards, credit-related products and digital currency cannot fund an online wagering account in Australia.
- No advertised inducements. Offering an inducement to open a betting account is prohibited in New South Wales, so you will not find one here.

Three things we hold ourselves to
Limits before losses
Deposit limits are offered during sign-up, not buried in settings after the fact. A limit reduction applies immediately; an increase waits seven days, so it is never a decision made mid-session.
Rules in writing
Settlement rules, scratchings, deductions, disputes and account closure are set out in the Terms and Conditions in full. If a rule affects your money, it is written down before it is applied.
Complaints and disputes
Email disputes@grsbet.co. We acknowledge
complaints within two business days and give a written outcome within twenty-one days.
If you are not satisfied, you may escalate the matter to Liquor & Gaming NSW, which
oversees wagering in New South Wales, Australia.
